✦ Clinician-guided narrative therapy

Practice reframing, one story at a time.

Beth turns cognitive reframing into interactive, choose-your-path stories: set by a therapist, explored by the client, and brought back to the session as insight.

Cognitive reframing is a skill. Like any skill, it gets better with practice.

Reframing is the practice of noticing an unhelpful interpretation and considering a more balanced one — a core move in evidence-based therapy. Beth gives clients a safe place to rehearse it: short, illustrated stories, grounded in a premise their therapist chooses, where every decision is a chance to try on a new perspective.

How it works

From a premise to a practiced perspective

Three steps keep the clinician in the loop and the client in the story.

1

The therapist sets the scene

From the Beth Rx dashboard, a clinician writes a short premise and assigns it. Beth builds a personalized, illustrated story around it.

2

The client explores

Between sessions, the client works through the story at their own pace, making choices and trying new ways of seeing a situation. There's no way to fail as mistakes are part of the practice.

3

The session comes back richer

Each run is saved and summarized for the therapist, so the next session can start from what actually happened.

Why Beth

Built around the work you already do

Beth supports the relationship between clinician and client. It doesn't try to replace it.

Warm, literary, unhurried

Stories are written to feel human and comforting, with an original illustration for every scene.

Grounded in an evidence-based technique

Cognitive reframing is well established in clinical practice. Beth makes it interactive and repeatable.

Made for clinicians

Assign premises, manage clients, and review session summaries from one professional dashboard.

Yours to shape

Every story starts from a premise you write, tailored to the person in front of you — not a fixed script.

Private by design

No personal identifying information is stored. Clients are referenced by alias, never by name.

Practice that fits real life

Short sessions a client can pick up between appointments, wherever they are.

Privacy & trust

Designed for a clinical setting

Beth was built from the start to be careful with the people it serves. Privacy isn't a setting you turn on, it's how the system is built.

  • No personal identifying information stored: clients are referenced by alias.
  • Access secured per clinician, with client sessions kept separate.
  • Nothing is permanently deleted by accident. Records are soft-removed, not destroyed.
  • Story content stays tied to the therapeutic relationship it belongs to.
